We will now name a few characteristics that define perfectly the versatility of this type of gear box.
- Easy maneuvers when the vehicle is loaded

- More comfort respect old models not automatized.
We can emphasize a few applications: bus, trucks, tractor….in general, they are installed in vehicles which drags a lot of weigh and its driving requires an automatized system for the driver to be completely centered and rested. The manufacturers are: MAN, LEBHERR, DEMAG, FAUN, XUZHOU y TAIAN.
Every gear system needs a correct maintenance and lubrication, being very important for the internal component´s life. In this case in particular, we have to, a part from the internal gear system, a group of electronic elements which allows that all the system can be automatized, and we should have a special care in:
- Oil and filter changes in the gearbox (the interval will depend of the type of oil used. (see list for autorized oil in the section “Documentation”)
- Try to avoid dampness in all the electronic system of the gear box, like for example the GS3, the internal part of the servo clutch, and the electric installation.
- Pay attention to the compressor and the vehicle dryer. The dryer breakdown introduces water to the pneumatic system, accelerating the deterioration in the GS3 and the servo clutch, which works with air.
- Make periodic controls in the oil level (with the engine stopped) and check for possible escapes to avoid seizure for lacking lubrication.
- Clean the refrigeration circuit.
